ABOUT THE BOOK

     We feel immense pleasure in presenting revised second edition of this book entitled "Company Law." The Company Law or Corporate Law is that branch of law which governs the formation, incorporation, management, Control and other allied matters relating to companies in India. Companies constitute nerve centre of the trade, business and service providers. It deals with manufacture, production, supply and distribution of all things which are sine qua non for the development and well-being of all in the society.
