About the Book

    The objective of this Law Guide is to help the candidates in preparing for upcoming Bihar Judicial Services (Mains) Examination. 

     This guide has been divided into six parts in accordance with the syllabus of the said examination. It is written in a question-answer format on the basis of previous years questions and specifically prepared in helping the students for getting familiar with the pattern of examination in a short span of time.

    In this third edition of the guide, recent case laws have been added at appropriate places. All the amendments made in various subjects have been duly incorporated. Some additional questions from previous years papers have also been included. Simplicity of language and lucidity of presentation are the chief characteristics of this guide.

    The guide has been written comprehensively to meet the requirements of law students and lawyers who are preparing for the Bihar Judicial Services (Mains) Examination.
