About the Book
Legal profession is not a business or a trade which is carried on with the aim to earn profits. It is a service to people in getting justice from the court of law. Every legal professional is required to perform this sacred duty with devotion, dedication and reliability. He must render his service to the needy sincerely, selflessly and honestly. If he does any act contrary to the moral values and standard of this profession, he not only discredits himself but also pollutes the entire profession. This book is specifically designed to educate the students of law and the new entrants of the profession as to what they are obligated to do and what they are prohibited from doing while professing law.
